Tig Welding Stainless Steel wire to form ball end

Shows Tig welding ends of stainless steel braided wire loop to form a ball end on loop. This is for my Pistol Pal™, 4in1 Takedown tool, for the Ruger MKI-II-III .22 pistols. The welded ball binds the wire ends together and prevents it being pulled out when crimped into the tool head. Welding is being done at 3amps with a miller Dynasty 200 Inverter machine. I'm also trying out a borrowed Speedglas, auto -darkening welding helmet for the first time. It's a pretty nice helmet!
